one of my mother's good friends (and her husband) have been house
parents at that ranch for years now.
as i've known the woman for years (and was in and out of her home and
saw how her children were raised) i would say in that house, at least.
sitting the offender down and discussing the matter, along with denial
of privileges are more likely than physical punishment.
