I'll spare you a litany, but will just say that it's the *best* for 
roasting or frying potatoes.

Which reminds me: The supply of duck fat in my freezer is running low, 
but I still have two frozen ducks. Must do something about that soon...

(ObAlt.Poly: I'm up early on a Sunday to clean house for a visit from 
Lisa G. and her Seattle friend, who hit the road this morning for a 
drive down to see me and take in the Sunday matinee of the play I'm in.
