Yes, that's the exact point I wanted to raise.  A man (and probably not 
a woman either) can't be an impartial referee in a discussion of 
feminism.  Understanding that there are no impartial referees for topics 
like this, and we have to talk about them anyway, is definitely on the 
path to "getting it".
