It's from a company called Stamina. I ordered it from Footsmart.com.

It does have a weight limit of 250 pounds, though; that's not an issue 
for me, but John is not going to be able to use it. I did not see an 
option with a higher weight limit.

It IS very sturdy, though. John was impressed!
