One-night stands don't appeal to me, but I'm not opposed to them on
ethical grounds, if they're conducted honestly: that is, if the people
having them tell any other partners about the one-night stand (and
stick to whatever they've agreed with those partners) and tell the
one-night-stand-partner(s) that they have one or more long-term
partners. That is, it's not inherently cheating, even if one or more
of the people involved are already in relation****ps.

Have you been advertising for partners? Not that there's anything
wrong with that, but I haven't been running into people who want me
to help them cheat. (This is not a complaint: I don't want to help
people cheat, and am just as pleased not to have to explain this to
the would-be cheaters.)
