Well, most mainstream religions- even for most Muslims, monogamy is the
normal state. Whatever other religions have done historically, monogamy
is the rule for a large pro****tion of the world's population, and for a
very large majority of those in the developed world.
And even if you're not "religious", it's built in to the social BIOS of
most societies.
