AT EASE Sergeant Frego

I am following the suggestions made to me by various interested
parties not posting about or to you on the newsgroup, but have always
reserved the right to defend myself.  Alt.military.recipes deleted
from distribution.

TO:  MSG Rodger L. Frego (ret).

You have alluded in a semi private correspondence to me and others
that you are a Master Sergeant Retired.   You have also stated in that
correspondence that you are giving me an "order" to "cease and desist
the malicious harassment campaign".  You have issued veiled threats of
legal action under the various laws and protocols governing retirement
status.   

You will "AT EASE, Sergeant Frego".

Sergeant Frego I am a US Army First Sergeant, Retired and as such I
outrank you.  As such your "order" is inappropriate to say the least,
and will forever stand invalid.  Therefore, Sergeant Frego, I as a
Retired First Sergeant issue you a lawful order within the confines of
my status.

Effective 2 October 2005 at 12:00 hours PDT, you will cease and desist
your harassment campaign against me.  You will cease to post any
messages to the Internet under your Road Runner address, your various
aliases (handles, names and so forth), and the messages posted through
the anonymous remailer/posting system attacking or harassing me
directly or indirectly where you post an attack against me while
posting to another group member or discussing another subject.  You
will cease and desist sending aforementioned inappropriate
communications whether by mail, voice, wire, or electronically that
are attacking, smearing, harassing me, or otherwise inappropriate to
any person within the lawful jurisdiction of the United States of
America.
