Well I know under Darpa they have the Office of Information Awareness.
Their Logo is a Pyramid, with an All Seeing Eye.  I'm sure they are more
aware of what goes on on the Net than most.  After all, the Net come from
ARPANET, which was created off of Military Technology.  Mostly, all these
nice posts we post on USENET gives them a nice little list of who's who on
here, and who to come get when the Tribulation finally starts.
